Our Cabins

A SENSE OF INTENTION
The cabins at Cabin Collective stand as a seamless extension of their surroundings – a thoughtful blend of nature, architecture, and intention. Designed collaboratively by Anthrop Architects and PM Architects, each cabin is rooted in the philosophy that less is more, balancing simplicity with an understated luxury that never overshadows the landscape.
HOW WE GOT HERE
The journey to bring these cabins to life was one of grit and imagination. The remote site, tucked 6 kilometers from the nearest road, posed countless logistical challenges. Yet every obstacle became an opportunity for innovation. Slate unearthed during excavation inspired the cladding, integrating the cabins into their environment as though they’ve always belonged here. Constructed using upcycled shipping containers, the cabins reflect a commitment to sustainability, with a minimal footprint that honors the land.
Inside, Michelle’s meticulous attention to detail creates a space that feels both curated and welcoming. Crisp white linens invite you to sink into restful sleep, while high-quality kitchen tools make preparing meals a pleasure. The semi-outdoor showers and private decks offer a sensory connection to the surroundings, whether you’re soaking under a starlit sky or watching the valley awaken with the morning light. Every feature, from the textures of the furnishings to the scent of fresh mountain air, is chosen to draw you closer to nature and the rhythm of life on the farm.

AN EXPERIENCE CREATED FOR YOU
Designed for two adults, each cabin is a private sanctuary, with thoughtful touches to ensure your comfort. Cosy up by the fireplace on winter nights, or spend your days relaxing on the deck, complete with a heated, wood-fired Kol Kol hot tub.
Each cabin is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, perfect for preparing meals while enjoying breathtaking views. The private boma allows for intimate outdoor evenings, whether stargazing by the fire, making pizzas in the pizza oven, or sharing quiet moments with loved ones. Inside, luxury is woven into every detail – from Charlotte Rhys amenities to soft, pure cotton linen, to pool loungers and hanging net structures that invite you to relax and take in the serene landscape.
These cabins are designed to foster a deep connection – not only with nature, but with yourself and the people who matter most.
