What kind of land are you looking for?
Ideally secluded, scenic land with natural features — hills, forests, views, rivers, or open skies. It should feel remote, but accessible.
Do I need hospitality experience?
Not necessarily. What matters is your willingness to manage day-to-day guest operations and upkeep. As the landowner you supply the land, infrastructure to accommodate the cabins and the day-to-day management of the cabins and guests.
Where do you operate?
Anywhere in South Africa where the land and host are the right fit.
